I actually teach a small class of children at my church (similar to a Sunday school teacher). I have also cared for many of my friends and families children!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I typically like hands on activities that don't make a huge mess. Things like drawing, building forts, playing with bubbles, treasure hunts, making crafts, playing hot potatoes, or even just taking a walk are some simple yet fun things that kids love doing! Having fun doesn't have to be messy or hard!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel as though the most important part about being a nanny is keeping the kids safe and happy! I intend for every child I babysit to be occupied and taken very well care of. I would never allow a child to feel unsafe or be in an unsafe situation. I also never want a child to be bored! I want to provide an environment for all children to feel very safe with me and have tons of fun while doing so.
