I have 14 years of professional child care experience including infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-k, school age, camp counselor, and assistant director positions. I have also worked with families for private care including after school care and evening care. I believe in positive reinforcement and redirection as well as setting attainable goals. While I do believe in schedules and structures I also believe kids need to be kids. I do not believe in sitting children in front of televisions and iPad's, I am old school and enjoying reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and engaging in pretend play. I love sports, physical activities, Barbie s, Lego's, board games and using our imaginations to be whatever it is we want to be!
