My name is Sydney, and I have been working as a part-time Direct Support Professional and private tutor in the Rogue Valley for the past 2 years.

I have over a decade of experience with childcare in various forms, from my current roles and previous work providing babysitting and outdoor education activities.

In my current work as a DSP, I provide daily living support to clients of various ages living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. I provide daily meal preparation, cleaning, medication management and homework assistance, as well as providing informed mental health and physical safety support.
