I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide one-on-one behavioral therapy for children ages 4–15 with Autism spectrum disorder. In this role, I support skill development, behavior management, communication, social skills, and daily living skills while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love spending time outdoors with children, whether that's going to the park, taking walks, exploring nature, or playing outside. I also enjoy baking and would love to do fun, age-appropriate baking activities together. I'm a big fan of encouraging independent play and love joining in when invited, following the child's lead to support their creativity and imagination. I also enjoy arts and crafts, including painting, bracelet making, coloring, and other hands-on activities that are engaging and age appropriate.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is watching the kids grow and develop into their own little person and watching their personalities flourish.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children with Autism spectrum disorder and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder through my work as a Registered Behavior Technician. I have also provided care for an 18-year-old young woman with Cerebral palsy who is nonverbal and has significant motor challenges. These experiences have taught me the importance of adapting my approach to meet each child's unique strengths, needs, and personality. I believe every child deserves individualized, compassionate care, and I strive to provide support in the way that works best for them while helping them feel safe, understood, and encouraged.
