My experience with special needs children...
My son was a micropreemie, so I am well versed in prematurity. My son as a result of his prematurity has chronic lung disease, asthma, epilepsy, as well as sensory processing disorder and anxiety. My daughter also has epilepsy. I am very comfortable giving medicine and helping with therapy (speech and occupational).
