Hello! I've been babysitting and helping out in various daycares since the age of 12, but have been officially hired since 15. I have additional experience in preschools, elementary, one-on-one tutoring, date nights, and as a live-in and live-out nanny.
My approach is your basic "firm but gentle," but of course with a little sparkle! I think it's extremely important that a child always understands what to expect/what's expected of them in order to thrive. Consistency, excitement, love and structure are key!

I have SO many silly and sweet moments with my past kids, that I actually created them a book to read when they’re older. I wanted them to be able to look back and enjoy those moments as much as I did!
