I started working with special needs children when I was in middle school. I then worked exclusively in a special needs classroom in high school as a teacher's assistant. I have some family and family friends who I would part time nanny for or babysit for with special needs children. My niece is also medically special needs and I was her caregiver for a good amount of time. Through caring for her I now have experience with many medical necessities and children.

Around 19 I realized although I enjoy all ages, I love babies. So I decided to shift from being a sitter to an actual nanny, having a more long-term position with families.
