For the last four years I have worked as an educator in a dorm program as a dorm instructor/parent for deaf elementary students and blind middle school students where I had the students full time during the school year and taught independent living skills, assisted with homework, cooked meals, assisted with bed-time routines, housekeeping, planned and taught curriculum, brought children to sports practices after school. I have experience with children with varying levels of needs and languages, including children who are Deaf or hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired, have ADHD, autism, seizures, and children with language deprivation.

I enjoy creating fun and engaging crafts and games—both indoors and outdoors—that inspire children’s creativity and support their cognitive and social development. Whether for pure enjoyment or educational purposes, I love designing activities that help children learn, explore, and grow through play.
