This opportunity excites me because I love children, I love working with them, and I love providing a nurturing, structured, fun environment for them to grow and learn in. The job description enlivened me. Specifically, being a team player drew me in, as I was a collegiate athlete and being on a team was one of the best experiences I’ve had. As a teacher, I learned what it meant to manage and structure an environment. As an aunt, I have learned what it takes to care, love, and give. As a nanny, I learned to incorporate all of those.
