I have 5 years of paid childcare! I have built curriculum and classroom management through a church program, worked full-time in my college town boys and girls club where I helped teens grow and ran different outreach programs for the last 3 years. While in the summer at the same club I was a lead 3rd grader staff and cared for the kids while providing a fun summer! Since the pay was not great I had to switch jobs to an upscale Pasteria where I’ve been able to grow my organization and time management skills. Through my college I was able to help under our sororities Head of Philanthropy which grew my skills even more!

What matter to me the most is making sure each kid feels the same amount of love and attention from whoever they are spending their time with, in the end I believe when a child knows you care everything else falls into place!
