The most important thing about being a nanny is setting the right example and always looking after the children, as if they were my own. Protecting them and making sure they have what they need. Having a positive attitude and patience as well as the desire to teach. Entertaining them and having fun doing it.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I was baysitting a toddler and she learned how to ride her bike for the first time by herself with me after training with her. She felt so accomplished and that put a big smile on my face :) I love watching a kids brain develop, its a beautiful thing
