Hi! I’m Carlee. I am a substitute teacher and childcare provider. Ive worked in childcare for 2 years in various positions working with ages infant-12 year olds. My skills include but are not limited to time management, behavior management, tutoring , communication, creative thinking, and adaptability. I’m currently looking for a short term summer job between school years until I can begin subbing. I enjoy arts and crafts, music, and helping children express themselves creatively. I have not worked directly one on one with special needs children but there have been a couple special needs children in my classes and I work well with them and treat them like the other kids with extra care. I understand sensory sensitivity and understand some special needs need certain accommodations due to their sensory sensitivity. I never treat them differently than I do my other students.
