My name is Carli! Im 26 years old and I have been working in childcare and special needs kids care as well as babysitting for over 10 years I have older siblings (twins) Ryan and Kyle and my brother kyle has CP and special needs so im very trained in all aspects of care! I also like to bake and be creative and upbeat I grew up dancing so I love to make everything fun

I was teaching my friends daughter how to walk she was a very late bloomer over two and was struggling to walk but after just 3 days of continuous working with her throughout the days she finally got it and it was just such an amazing feeling and experience I loved seeing how excited she was when she finally got it and i felt so so proud and nothing like some stickers and her favorite elmo plushy to help of course!
