Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked at an after school care at Trinity Lutheran in Jefferson City, Missouri from [phone number hidden] while I was in high school. I also worked for their summer camp called Camp TLC! I’m currently working as a preschool teacher as the head toddler teacher at Early Explorers Preschool and started in July of 2019. I further expanded my education and received my CDA ( Child Development Associates Certification) in September 2021.

I absolutely love doing arts and crafts with the kiddos. Pinterest is a fantastic tool and the amount of ideas I have saved are endless. I’m also a sports lover, so will most definitely get the kids out and running outside to burn all the energy and get good exercise in!

You have to create a good and loving relationship, not only with the kid or kids, but the family as well. I always made it a priority in my classroom to create a friendly and respectable relationship with my parents and found myself creating friendships with each parent in different ways. I love each child that I have watched and taught as my own to the best of my capability.
