A little bit about me

Hello everyone my name is Carolina but I go by Carol for short. I am currently a Pre-PharmD student at the University of New Mexico. I am currently taking a break for spring & summer to focus on other projects. I am a mother myself to a 5 year old who is in school currently , a SAHM and have lots of previous experience with children having grown up with 3 younger siblings of my own. I am originally born & raised in California but moved to New Mexico for my education & independence. I have grown to love this state & its people! I am looking to gain more experience in taking care of children in the infant category so I don’t lose it for when I start working in the healthcare field again💗 I am known to be very good with children, responsible & very organized. I am someone who loves routine & have even my own child on one. I understand how hard it can be to raise children with two working parents! I was brought up in that household also but it has helped me gain experience for this !

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having patience, empathy and understanding that we are all developing in a different way. Age ranges and the way the human brain is different depending on the person. As someone who studies medicine I know not just the basic human decency that goes into being a nanny but also the development of children and what they need to thrive!

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have much experience with special needs children but I do know the process that goes into getting a diagnosis for a potentially special needs child.
