"Carolina is very sweet and kind. She was very responsive since the moment we began communicating and was able to meet with me promptly. Carolina took care of my three year old daughter and one year old son in our home. She was quick to jump into any activity my daughter wanted to do and helped pick up after her. I also appreciate the fact that she would translate English books into Spanish as we had requested that she speak only Spanish with our kids. She is very thoughtful and proactive by thinking of activities to do with the kids before her next visit. She was also very flexible when we had to switch our schedule last minute due to an illness. Carolina is also very patient. My daughter was experiencing some big emotions and Carolina remained calm and continued to be kind with her. "Ms. Caroline was always on time. She would show up thirty minutes before we would leave and that’s awesome. She is very nice and pleasant to my grandchildren. My granddaughter is 11 months old and when Ms Caroline walks through the door her face lights up like a Christmas tree. She watches kids shows with my grandchildren, she is present and active with them. I feel very comfortable with Ms Caroline watching my grandchildren. If there is an issue she will always text you and let you know what’s going on. All in all such a great, nice and responsible Nanny."
