Personally, I think ensuring the safety and happiness of the child is very important. It is also important to interact and play with the child, not just put them in front of the TV for a few hours. Children often learn through play so if you play games and such with children you can help teach them lessons and strategies depending on the game. Children also love attention so having a nanny who plays games with them will make the child very happy.
