The most important part about being a nanny...

I think one of the most important parts of being a nanny is realizing that it's hard for kids to be separated from their parents. Kids aren't always excited about having a nanny, though of course, some kids behave better for nannies than their own parents! Still, I always am careful about how I deal with kids so that they will feel comfortable and have a good time.

I have worked with kids who have ADHD, autism, and health issues which required careful monitoring.
