The most important part of being a great nanny is to keep the child/children you are caring for safe no matter what. Along with safety keeping the child in a routine to allow the relationship grow between the nanny and the child which will cultivate a trust that will allow myself as a nanny or child caregiver to facilitate a environment of growth for the child.
