Hi! I'm Carson Smith, and I'm going to be a junior at Baylor University majoring in Elementary Education! I have a huge heart for working with children and love helping them learn, grow, and have fun.

This summer, I'm working as a counselor at a summer camp with children ages 3–10, and previously I worked at Mentoring Alliance in Waco, where I mentored and cared for elementary-aged students. I also have experience as a live-in nanny and babysitting children of all ages.
