"It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Casey. She came into our lives when my children were 6, 5, and just under a year old. From day one, she brought the perfect combination of warmth, responsibility, patience, and fun. She's the kind of nanny every parent hopes to find but rarely does. Honestly, she's basically Mary Poppins—minus the magical umbrella (although I'm still not entirely convinced she doesn't have one hidden somewhere). As a strong Christian, she lovingly prays with my children and pours into their hearts as well as their care. She somehow manages my energetic, strong-willed son with the perfect balance of love, grace, and firm boundaries. Casey also keeps the kids' spaces tidy, helps with light household tasks, plans fun outings, and always goes above and beyond. She does have occasional medical appointments that may require a day off, but she communicates well and has always been dependable. Any family would be incredibly blessed to have Casey care for their children."

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is making every child feel safe, deeply loved, and genuinely seen. Children thrive when they know they are valued, encouraged, and cared for, and I believe it’s a privilege to help create that environment each day. Beyond meeting their physical needs, I want to nurture their confidence, curiosity, kindness, and character. Whether we’re reading books, baking cookies, exploring outside, or simply talking about their day, I want every interaction to remind them that they matter. My goal is to partner with parents by providing dependable, compassionate care while helping their children learn, grow, and create joyful memories they’ll carry with them for years to come.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments wasn’t a single big milestone—it was realizing I had become a safe place for the children I cared for. There is something so special about hearing little feet run toward the door when I arrive, getting the biggest hugs, and seeing their faces light up because they’re excited to spend the day together. Watching a shy child gain confidence, seeing a toddler learn a new word or skill, or hearing a child proudly say, “Casey, look what I did!” never gets old. Those everyday moments remind me that nannying is about so much more than childcare—it’s about building trust, creating joyful memories, and helping children feel deeply loved, seen, and encouraged. Being trusted with such an important role in a family’s life is something I’ll never take for granted.
