I work with my local church in childcare. I have also worked for 2 families before I went to college. One of my families had a baby with a cleft lip so I am OK with working with children who might need a little extra help and love. My last work experience I also went grocery shopping for them meal prepped and light tidying of the kids areas.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love interactive games with children such as puzzles, learning activities, and of course hide and seek. I also believe walks and playing at parks are great activities.

The most important part about being a nanny is the kids. Making sure they are getting the attention and interaction that are needed. I also believe helping around the house with little tasks does great things for a family with a lot of their plate.
My experience with special needs children...
I have volunteered with a local church before that has a special needs program along with a VBS that they run. I also worked in a school as a substitute teacher for a little bit, and I was in a couple classes that involve special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when the parents text about how much the kids miss me. I love knowing how much of an impact I make.
