Growing up, my aunt was an occupational therapist and I would come to work with her all the time. From a young age, I learned ticks and tactics from her clinic and last year was my first year nannying for a boy with autism. It was tricky and challenging at times, but very rewarding in the end.

My favorite nannying moment was last year when I nannied for this one family. Any time I would come over the kids would scream my name with so much excitement when I would walk through the door. They would encourage their parents to leave faster so we could all play. It felt so good to have such a positive impact on those children.
