At my last nanny position the oldest daughter (12) was having anxiety over making friends at school. I sat with her while she cried and expressed her feelings and I comforted her and gave her encouragement that she was an amazing individual. She then told me I was the only one she could talk to and gave my the tightest hug I’ve ever received and it made me so happy.
