A little bit about me

I am an Ecuadorian Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business. I’ve been a military spouse since 2022. After getting married, I moved from Ecuador to the United States, bringing with me dreams, determination, and the hope of continuing to grow my career. I left behind everything I had known, my family, friends, and my lovely career. I came to build a new life and start a family here. This is my first time living in another country.
Since arriving, I’ve been actively seeking opportunities in my field, but the job market has been challenging. I’ve faced many obstacles along the way. After having my baby, I began cleaning houses to help support my family. Later, I was hired as a sales associate at Goodwill, and I’m currently working part-time as a Retail associate at Ross.
Despite hearing “no” more times than I can count, I remain hopeful and focused. I’m doing everything I can to keep moving forward, overcome each challenge, and achieve my professional goals.
