Along with my past babysitting/many job, I have also volunteered to help young Girl Scout troops. I love working with kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing outside with the kids when the weather permits. Sports, bike riding, chalk, bubbles, sprinkler, any type of summer fun activities are always the best. As for indoors, I love a good age appropriate board game, craft, and I always encourage reading, playing with toys, and things like that to occupy our time.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the kids are always doing something educational and fun, that their brains are constantly being stimulated. I like to make learning fun! And always make sure you keep the parents in the know, work with them and what they want for their children during the time you’re with them.

I have six years of experience caring for a child with Down Syndrome. I also have a sibling with ADD and Aspergers.

It’s always a memorable/winning moment when I can find an activity to entertain all my kids of different age groups!! It is truly the best, although it doesn’t last long!
