For me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving environment where children feel supported to grow into who they are meant to be. I believe in showing up with patience, positivity, and genuine care — whether that’s helping with routines, encouraging creativity, or simply being someone they can trust and enjoy spending time with.
