A little bit about me

It is my belief that the care of newborns and infants is a profound honor. I place tremendous value in the significance and implications of genuine nurturing, gentle and attentive care of infants and newborns, and encouraging bonding between and among family members.
I started my RN career working in a Level 3 High Risk Neonatal ICU with the LSUHSC- University Hospital in New Orleans. In this position, I provided care for 3-5 micro-premises (usually 2.2 lbs or smaller) during 12 hour night shifts.
That was many years ago, however I have remained interested in pre and peri-natal psychology and early development.
I have a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, and since 2012 I have worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
*My availability is flexible to meet the schedule needs of Health Care Professionals.
*I am a dog lover and have three rescued, now pampered “woofs” of my own.
