The most important part about being a nanny is having a good relationship not only with the kids but with the parents. I think its important to have good relationship and communication with the parents because they would like to know that their kids are in good hands, keep them updated when they can’t be with their kids, and send pictures so they can still be part of their everyday day!

The funniest moment I had with my current kids is when I was driving a really steep hill somewhere in D.C and the youngest kid was being very supportive of my car by saying “go bucket go… you can do it!” It was funny because my car, named Bucket, was struggling to go up the hill but we made it safe and to our destination!
