My name is Chanel Royce, and I would love the opportunity to support your family as a nanny. I’m EMT certified, the oldest of four siblings, and I’ve been working in childcare since I was 15 years old. Now at 19, caregiving comes naturally to me, it’s something I’ve grown up with and built real experience in. I am smoke-free, and I have my own reliable transportation. I’m fully comfortable driving children to school, activities, appointments, or anywhere they need to be.
I currently work as a Behavior Technician in ABA therapy, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Before working in ABA, I was a nanny for a wonderful family with amazing kids. That experience taught me how to create a warm, safe environment, keep children engaged, and maintain open communication with parents. It also gave me hands on practice managing daily routines, helping with meals, handling light cleaning, and supporting kids through all kinds of activities and milestones.
