Hi!!! My name is Charity! I am a college student who is back for the summer and looking for a nannying position. I absolutely love children, and am currently working towards becoming a teacher. I have lots of experience with taking care of children. I was a nanny for twins for a year from when they were 3-4 years old. I also nannied for a one year old for a couple of months while his family was getting ready to move. I have lots of occasional sitting experience with all ages as well and I am currently a sitter occasionally for a 9 year old boy!! Thank you, and I hope that you consider me for babysitting!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I volunteer in a Kindergarten classroom very frequently where I spend full days helping 5-6 year old's and assisting the teacher. I was also a nanny for 3-4 year old twins where I took care of them every weekend and weekday nights . I also was an occasional babysitter for an 8 year old boy. In the past, I babysat my niece consistently from 6 months to 13 months and I've done a lot of other occasional jobs. So, I have a lot of different experience with many different age groups! I also worked as a student teacher in a 5th grade classroom.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing all sorts of activities. I mostly base what I do with the kids based off of what they are into. I love to engage in active play, play outside with them, paint, draw, play pretend, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think that the most important thing about being a nanny/ babysitter is engaging with the kids and creating a safe space for them. For lots of kids, they have never been around anyone but their parents, so I try my hardest to create a space where they can have fun and be comfortable with me.
