I have a 36 year old mother of a 18 year old daughter. I was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska and am the oldest of six children. I am very capable and highly educated in the field of caregiving as it was my career for over 10 years. I have my own transportation & a very flexible schedule. I'm accustomed to a round the clock schedule & household tasks that are required. I'm positive and love entertaining children of all ages. In it he past I worked for four years in the field of party planning and specialized as a professional clown. It is my joy to work with children and ensure the respect and care of the family circle. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

From the age of 10-14 I worked for a family with 5 children. I was lucky and very blessed to have them alongside my little sisters and brothers as they all grew up. Today they have their own children and often get in touch with me to let me know or remind me but they are still my little babies.

As I grew up I continued babysitting children and eventually ended up in the healthcare field. I spent over 10 years within my career serving as a caregiver. I have always held a high level of participation within the volunteer field. Working with people is honestly the other joy of my life and I look forward to those moments with you and yours.

I am ready for any activity as long as the parents approve. I especially enjoy arts and crafts as well as anything to do with education such as reading ooften

The most important part about being a nanny...

It's important as a caregiver to place yourself in a position of respect of the environment and the individuality of each household member.
I am just coming in as a nanny. I am not the parent & I'm not the child. It's important to remain neutral and of course follow the rules that are set forth within that household.
Absolutely this creates a consistency within that Family Circle. I get to go home at night. I don't take you with me that's why I should not bring my standards into yours.
