HI! My name is Charlene! I am a mother of 2 little girls, I'mani (2 and a half) and I'zabella (1yr) they are my whole world. I've been attending Crossway Church for almost 3 years and they are considered my family not my church family, I'm very big on making God my first priority in life, I am currently working at Super start preschool as the preschool teacher ages 4-5 and they are just thriving right now. I am also in school to be an 5th grade teacher, getting my bachelors degree, just finished my first year so exciting. i love working with littles they teach me new things everyday, its so crazy how creative their little minds are, I'm always very impressed, they also go through lots of emotions at this age, I get it, I'm here to give all the hugs and snuggles needed

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am currently a preschool teacher, but before getting this position I worked in the infant classroom and I will say both age groups have my whole heart :)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love coloring! I am such a kid at heart! and singing! depending on the age group tummy time is always fun for me too! love to watch kid cartoons and movies, especially the ones from when I was a kid, I would rematch all the old Disney shows and movies just for fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have kids of my own so loving those sweet babies how id want my kids to be loved by someone who was not me, caring for and being another important person in the child or even the families life. Being the person God has always made me to be, protecting the kids, always putting the kids first in every and any situation, honesty and patience and self control is so important when working with kids. But also being loving and kind. Creating a safe space where the kid I am nannying for feels safe enough with me to be themselves. Unapologetically 💕

When one of my littles started talking more then she was in the beginning, or when my preschoolers start identifying their letters and numbers. when one of my preschoolers remember one of the worship songs I sing for them
