Hi, my name is Charlotte Canterbury! I'm a college student in the Asheville area with a passion for caring for children and supporting families. I have childcare experience with ages 1–12 through babysitting and my church's childcare ministry. I hope to become a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) and love learning about caring for mothers and children.

Originally from western Massachusetts, I've lived in several places across the country. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, singing, playing instruments, reading, writing, hiking, biking, and running. I'm also a part-time barista who loves making good coffee!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny to me is building a genuine connection with the kids and making sure they feel safe, loved, and supported. My Christian faith is a big part of who I am, and I try to live that out in the way I care for others. I also love being outside and would rather spend the day exploring, playing, or doing something creative than sitting in front of a screen.

My sweetest memories are with a child that I babysat regular for many years. I loved teaching the child how to milk goats and take care of farm animals on my family homestead.
