Hello! My name is Charlotte and I have a few years of experience with young children. I am currently in school to become a social worker. My approach to children is very respect based. I try my best to meet every child where they are and work with both the parents and the child to figure out the best routines for them. I absolutely love my job and working with children, I feel incredibly lucky to be trusted with a child’s development and I do everything I can to honor that trust.
