I worked for about 2 years in the alameda district. In which I gained so much experience and knowledge with working with kids. Working with them made me realize that I am someone they look up to because of how they would always write me cards saying how much they appreciate me. Not only that but having good communication with parents about their kids also helps a lot in how they behave during school and toward others
