The most important part about being a nanny to me is making sure that I do the job right and by that I mean being with their parents are in much more I’m basically a substitute. I’ll be there to help you when your parents need extra help whether it because they work hard for their sake or the tide whatever maybe I am there to be there extra hands eyes and ears and sure that they’re OK and they’re being a kid and they’re living their life the way they’re supposed to
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with nonverbal children and children who have mild or severe autism as well as kids with treated or an untreated asthma because I’m an asthmatic myself .I’m very patient and understanding.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time I was with one of the kids I said watch and his mom went overnight so she still watches on the camera and remember I took him a bath and I put on this onesie pajama that he picked out he loved it and she went through the camera and was like hey it’s too hot for that and we both got so scared that we went into his playroom because I think we both forgot that she was able to talk through it and when I tell you me and him were hysterically dying in the room that he called his mom on the iPad I told her like a mom to not do that you scared me
