A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Chelsea and I am 27 years old. I have been working with kids of all ages since I was about 12 years old. I was a camp counselor at my old equestrian center for 6 years as well as babysat. I became a full time nanny when
I turned 18. Worked for 4 different families for a year each if not longer. I had some other families that I would help watch their children when they needed it for a few months at a time. I enjoy working with children of all ages, playing with them, helping them with homework as well as taking them to the park or to a fun children's place.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a camp counselor and a riding instructor at an equestrian center for 7 years. I volunteered at the Folsom zoo when I was 11 years old. I have also helped my mom a few times in her class working with some of her special needs students. Then I have babysat all ages of children since I was 12 years old; along with working for many different nanny families, some being for part time and others full time. I also took 2 different ECE classes back in college.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy reading and playing with them with their toys. Doing some sort of arts and crafts. If it is a nice day outside I love to take them to the park or to the aquatic center. If they have library classes or groups to go too I also really enjoy going there and participating with the child/children.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think its very important to understand that you as a parent are putting all your trust in me to watch and care for your child/children as if they were my own. Children have always come first in every situation. They are your everything.
