My 6-month-old son is usually wary of new people, but he loved her from the start. She always gave him time to get comfortable before picking him up, and that patience earned his trust. He especially loved when she read to him; it quickly became one of his favorite parts of the day. Even on fussy days, nothing bothered her. She stayed cheerful and loving no matter what.
She was always on time, communicated clearly, and kept me updated. I work from home, and whenever my son needed me, she found ways to help around the house without being asked, which meant so much to me. Her warm, positive attitude made our home feel calmer.
