Married with 6 sons, going to have our first grandchild at the end of this year, I'm so excited! I just moved to Tennessee about 5 months ago, and I need something to do with my time, why not be around what I love most, kids!! I've worked with all types of kids, even the more difficult ones love me. I'm CPR certified, it current, not expired. AED certified. And standard first aid certified. I'm a great cook and don't mind doing a little light housekeeping when needed. One of my favorite nanny moments was when the child I cared for finally learned to tie their shoes on their own. They had been practicing for days, getting frustrated and wanting to give up, but when they got it, their face just lit up with pride. They ran around showing everyone, and then gave me a huge hug like we’d just accomplished something together—which, in a way, we had.
