Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I’m currently a Psychology major at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where I’ll be graduating with my bachelor’s degree this year. My studies have given me a strong understanding of child development, behavior, and effective communication, which I enjoy applying when working with children. I have several years of experience working in early childhood education, primarily with infants and toddlers in a daycare setting. In my role, I’ve been responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, supporting children’s developmental milestones, planning engaging activities, assisting with meals and naps, maintaining daily routines, and communicating with parents about their child’s progress and day-to-day experiences.
