My favorite nanny moment is from my last kid, she was always so excited to see me at the beginning of the day. When she heard the sound of the door opening she began to call my name out knowing our day together was about to begin. At the end of the day she and I were always so sad to say goodbye however this was such a heartwarming experience, to know I was making an impact.
