She is gentle, patient, loving, and fun but also follows through with the necessary discipline that comes with 5 children, four under the age of 5- most only 14 months apart in age. They respect her and love her so much as their favorite babysitter. She is my number one choice ALWAYS. We needed a break when our fourth foster child arrived at 6 months and had 4 children under 4 in our home. She cared for them incredibly well while we had a quick weekend getaway. In fact, our baby got a fever right before we left and she told us to go and she would take good care of her. She woke up all night with her making sure she received the medicine and care needed to keep the fever down and reported to us as needed.
