I was a summer camp counselor at my local church for about 3 summers, being the leader for a group of 10-15 kids. I watched over toddlers - 10 year olds in that program. My babysitting roles outside of that consisted of a few different families with children ranging from 12 months up to 11 years old.

I enjoy taking children outdoors whether that is the backyard, parks, or even small hiking trails if wanted. I think it’s very important to let children’s imagination run free, in a safe environment! I enjoy encouraging their interests and being able to help grow their passion through my support and encouragement!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would have to be the strong bond Im able to make with the kids I’ve looked after. For example a 5 year old boy I babysit from time to time, calls me his best friend instead of his babysitter, we are able to have a fun time and also remain well behaved and respectful. At the end of every time I babysit him he asks when we can have another play date, and it melts my heart everytime!
