The most important part about being a nanny...

Obviously making sure the children are taken care and safe is the most important but I believe that allowing the kids to have fun and enjoy their time to just be kids is essential which I believe is just as important.

My experience with special needs children...

I have a nephew/godson who is on the spectrum (autism) who lives with us and I regularly watch. My younger sister does have Mosaic Down Syndrome which creates a struggle when it comes to her school work but I do my best to create and explain in various ways to help her understand her coursework.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To cut down on screen time of the new craze of Among Us for the kiddos, we worked together to create a mini real life version which allowed the kids and I to get some outside time but also have a great time together playing Among Us.
