Jackie
"Chrissy was such a pleasure to have at work. She started as a monitor for special needs children and worked her way up to driving a full size school bus! Her families and students adored her. Due to her pleasant disposition, how she handled situations with both students/families/ coworkers and her dedication to safety I promoted her into my office as a dispatcher. She continued to drive a school bus when needed, dispatched and interacted with 7 different school districts. This included conflict resolution, making sure families felt heard and cared for when calling and managing the relationships with school districts (business managers, superintendents, school secretaries etc) She brought many ideas to the team. As a result she was quickly promoted again to lead dispatcher. This duty now included helping to manage the other office staff in the office, taking meetings in my absence and gaining more responsibility with 300 employees. She is truly an asset to any family!"

More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to be active and outdoors when the weather permits. There’s nothing quite like the little moments—when a child master's something they’ve been struggling with, shares a big smile, or tells you a story from their heart. Knowing that I play a part in shaping their early development is beyond rewarding
The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel the heart of being a nanny isn’t a task or a technique—it’s the relationship you build with the child and the family. Everything else grows out of that foundation. Children remember how you made them feel. The most important part of being a nanny is showing up with warmth, steadiness, and genuine care. That’s what shapes a child’s sense of security and self-worth.
My experience with special needs children...
Caring for children with special needs is one of the most demanding and meaningful responsibilities a person can take on. It calls for patience, creativity, resilience, and a deep well of compassion. At its core, it’s about recognizing that every child—regardless of ability—deserves dignity, opportunity, and a life filled with joy and connection.

Live-In Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Worcester, MA: Lise W.
One thing you should know about me is I care deeply for children, I can always sense when something is wrong, I treat every child as if they're my own and always make sure I respect their boundaries, their wishes and give them autonomy to speak up for themselves. As a child I wasn't given this freedom so it means so much to me when children give me their trust and faith. They're deserving of protection always. I pour myself into a child or teen when they're in my life.
