Safety is first & foremost, of course, but that's just the beginning. There are so many other things I'd want for a child besides just being safe. I'd want them to experience everything possible so that they'll be healthy, well-rounded & happy, too. I think some of the things that help make that happen would be a nanny who believes in & practices...

The most important part about being a nanny...
Kids always seem to enjoy my engaging personality & cheesy sense of humor. It's been a great way to connect with them & that just really warms my heart. It also paves the way to be able to relate on more meaningful levels... the moments when they open up, need some comfort, kissing of booboos, or a little encouragement. So for me, it's a joy to build relationships with children. And if I hear them ask when I'll be back again, that's it, I'm a puddle, lol.
