I am mostly familiar with autism and down syndrome kids and working and caring for them. I have a cousin that is on the spectrum and old brother who is also autistic. But even working with them they are two different people. And people with special needs are different then what you see on tv. Even if you know a lot about people with special needs its different for every person.
