A little bit about me

Hello my name is Cinthia Gallardo, I am currently a college student who is majoring in psychology to one day become a Child's Therapist. I believe that I would be a great nanny/sitter due to the experience that I have around children and personally because I love what I do. In order to have a great connection with the child you should always be confident and open minded. Children have always been my passion, growing up I was committed on focusing on a career that would give me the opportunity to be around children and help them in anyway possible. I have always dedicated my spare time and volunteered At East Los Angeles Boys and Girls club for 3 years and White Memorial Medical Center at the Rainbow Center (daycare). At the boys and girls club I was surrounded with children from ages 5-17 and helped them with their daily routines of getting their homework done, passing snacks out, planning activities and of course helping staff organize all the unused toys. Watching the children grow and eventually getting attached to them made me realize that no other thing would make me as happy as I was knowing that my time and help was going to those who really appreciated it. White memorial Medical center I was surround with Infants and toddlers, from teaching them to walk to helping them read. I am extremely thankful with those who have trusted me and have given me many opportunities to express my knowledge and love to the children.
