More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have volunteered at my church for several years. I started as a teacher’s assistant in high school and returned two years ago as a teacher. I’ve taught children ages 7 to 15 and enjoy supporting them as they learn and grow. I also worked at a pediatric office for three years, where I worked with patients ranging from infants to 18-year-olds and gained a deeper understanding of how to support children and their individual needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing arts and crafts, reading, playing games, coloring, going to the park, playing outside, and doing fun activities that encourage finding hobbies, creativity, and learning.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having patience and understanding is very important to me. I want every child to feel safe, comfortable, happy, and supported while they are in my care. I believe in creating a positive environment where they can be themselves, learn, and have fun.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children with speech delays, ADHD, and autism. While working at a pediatric office, I also assisted with interpretation during ADHD and autism evaluations, helping families communicate and understand the process. This experience taught me to be patient, understanding, and supportive of each child’s individual needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when the kids would get so excited to see me that they would run up to greet me. It was such a sweet feeling knowing they enjoyed spending time with me!
